Effective May 1, 2023, Maple Leaf Appraisals will become a new subsidiary of KTY Holdings based in New England. For nearly 8 years, Maple Leaf Appraisals has grown as a leader in legal chattel appraisals and is known for quality and exceptionally well-crafted documents, and we are pleased and excited to welcome them to our KTY family of companies. The new division will create and issue all appraisals previously handled by Maple Leaf Appraisals. To ensure a smooth transition, Kent Anderson has been appointed interim CEO until November 1, 2023, when he will evolve away from Maple Leaf Companies to pursue other interests. During the transition, Mr. Anderson will continue to be based in Dallas, TX.
