Kent D. Anderson resides in Dallas, Texas. He spent most of his career working in the Legal and Regulatory professions. Kent, a 2007 graduate of the respected Kruse Reppert School of Auctioneering, is a dual certified General Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA, CAGA) and has earned an Associate Jewelry Professional ("AJP") designation from the Gemological Institute of America ("GIA"). 

He is currently one of a handful of Master Personal Property Appraisers (MPPA) in the U.S. and the only one residing in Texas and he recently received a CPAA Certified Pearl Specialist Designation from the Cultured Pearl Association of America. 

His years of experience and training all build a foundation for his appraisals written to withstand IRS scrutiny. He is also a seasoned professional witness and is available for witness testimony in divorce, IRS disputes, insurance claims, inheritance, and estate disputes and more.
